Dashboard Manual

What is a dashboard?

Every member has his/her own dashboard, which gives an overview of the data in your Ami-Go! account. After you signed up as a member, you can add more personal information on your own dashboard. The dashboard shows:
  • The groups you're a member of;
  • Your agenda with activities you’re participating in;
  • The activities you’re organising yourself;
  • Thee coupons you’ve purchased;
  • New activities that members organise and
  • Your messages.

Groups you're a member of

On the ‘groups’ page you’ve selected the regional and activities groups you want to be a member of. On the groups page they’re displayed with a green frame. Your dashboard only shows the groups you’re a member of. There is also a link to ‘all groups’, so you can easily add or delete a group.

My agenda

'My agenda' only shows the activities you’re participating in. The activity will take place when the status sign is green. Orange means there aren’t enough participants yet. Red means the activity is cancelled by the organiser. Click on the activity to read more information about it. You can send a message to the organiser (and other participants). Click on the organiser to see his or her profile.

My activities

Red means the activity is cancelled by the organiser. De status is on automatic by default’ the sign changes from orange to green when the minimal number of participants for this activity is reached. You can also change the status of the sign manually when you edit your activity.

My coupons

You can find an overview of your purchased coupons here. Click on the activity that belongs to the coupon to read more information about the coupon. When you’ve paid for the coupon, the text ‘view’ appears. If you click on this link, a second screen will pop up with the coupon for you to print. Print out the coupon and bring it with you to the provider of the deal. Someone else can buy a coupon for you as well. Every coupon has a unique code and can only be used once. If you see the text ‘pay’ next to the coupon, it means you’ve selected the coupon but the payment process isn’t finished yet. Click on ‘pay’ to do so.
